This policy ensures we keep all videos 'unlisted' in order to protect the integrity of the Medical Video Library.
We do not provide login criteria on these video accounts for security purposes including piracy.
WHAT YOU CAN DO...
a) You can post/embed these proprietary medical videos on your main doctor site. Whether it is a static website or wordpress site does not matter, so long as it is your own site.
b) You may only host these video on your website and they must be hosted as "unlisted" videos on the video sharing site that we use (Vimeo or YouTube) which means that people may not search for them online.
The purpose of this is two fold:
1) We want your patients to go to your website to see them.
2) We do not want people to be able to search for them online. They are meant to be used as valuable content for your patient base.
(i) We will provide you and/or your webmaster with with embed codes to each video you have in your library.
(ii) You will have to provide us with the URL to your website. The effect of that is that unless we program the embed codes for use on your site, the embed codes will not work.
(iii) If you require assistance in updating your site with your videos, we can do that for $25 per quarter hour.
Be sure to see the FAQ: 'What if I have more than 1 location?'
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO...
a) You may not publish these proprietary videos anywhere else on the internet unless you receive written permission from us to do so.
We do not want to dilute the value of the video library for you and every other doctor in other markets who participate.
b) You may not do 'anything you like' with this Medical Video Library other than placing the videos on the website you have contracted for.
You may only post these videos on your public blog if it is the main site you use for your doctor's / clinic's practice
You can put these on your website either in a password protected area or on the public area of your site but you must use the embed codes we provide you with.
Our agreement is that you only use these videos on your website or blog for the exclusive benefit of your patient base.
This is meant to be a valuable feature your patients receive because they are your patient.
We do not want other people/doctors to rip these off from you and/or re-purpose them for themselves. To that end, we need to take tight control of the content on your behalf.
(*) Each video in our Medical Video Library must be hosted as an "unlisted" video on the video sharing site that we use (Vimeo or YouTube) which means that people will not be able to search for them online.
As mentioned above, the purpose of this is two fold:
1) The proprietary video library is only for your patients. We want them to go to your website to see them.
